Fenerburnu House
Located at the far end of Fenerburnu, one of the most exclusive areas of the Karaburun İskele neighborhood, the house was designed for a psychologist and artist couple. The house, which is located almost at the very tip of the cape, has the opportunity to open to the sea from both the east and west facades.
The east façade combines the living areas and the master bedroom with a vertical semi-open space. While this area frames the sea view, it becomes one of the most important living spaces of the house by integrating with the living spaces with the opening of the façade joinery in the summer months.
The basement floor, on the other hand, was designed as the artist's workshop and opens onto the garden belonging to the house and the steep cliffs descending to the sea.
