Gaziemir Masterplan
Located across the New Fair of İzmir, two neighborhoods that total around 1.000.000m2 of construction area are transformed along a primary and secondary green axes. The housing units in the proposal are designed under three groups; high, medium, and low density. The housing units are clustered and varied according to the hierarchy of densities and distributed among the site within specific proximity parameters.
