Güvendik House
Designed as a weekend house on the hills of Urla, Güvendik House is divided into two zones. The entrance of the house opens onto the courtyard, which acts as a partition separating the living and private areas. Using a steel structural system to provide high and wide openings in the spaces, facilitates the transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces while allowing multiple combinations of spatial organizations and experiences. Care was taken in the selection of materials to create a natural look that blended with the surroundings.
