Designed by Foster & Partners, this structure showcases an innovative load-bearing system and building envelope, offering a pioneering architectural approach. Prior to the construction tender, the client received consultancy services focused on the building envelope and structural systems. As part of these services, technical documents, including the project and specifications, were thoroughly reviewed, the building was modeled from the ground up to align with the project requirements, and value engineering studies were carried out to enhance the application process.
