Before the construction tender for the renovation and expansion of King Khaled International Airport, the client engaged in consultancy services focused on the building envelope and structural systems. These services involved a comprehensive review of technical documents, including the project plans and specifications. The goal was to ensure that the design and technical aspects aligned with the project's requirements.
As part of the consultancy, a detailed model of the building was created from the ground up to match the specified project criteria. Additionally, value engineering studies were conducted to optimize the application process, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the most efficient use of resources throughout the project.
