New Bugasera International Airport | Consultancy Project
Prior to the issuance of the construction tender for the New Bugesera International Airport in Rwanda, our team was engaged by the client to deliver specialized consultancy services, with a primary focus on the building envelope and structural systems.
These services encompassed a comprehensive review and critical analysis of the project’s technical documentation—including architectural drawings and performance specifications—to ensure consistency with the overall project goals and adherence to applicable regulatory standards.
As part of the consultancy mandate, a detailed and parametric building model was developed from the outset, precisely aligned with the defined design parameters. Concurrently, value engineering analyses were conducted to enhance the efficiency of both design implementation and construction processes, identifying targeted opportunities to improve performance and achieve cost-effectiveness throughout the project’s lifecycle.
