Through the strategic elevation of the structure, the visual perspective of the Prince Islands has been greatly enhanced, offering an unobstructed and panoramic view. In parallel, the overall constructed land area has been minimized in order to preserve approximately 80% of the plot as green landscaping, fostering a harmonious balance between urban development and nature.
Furthermore, the careful orientation of the building block has allowed for optimal natural light exposure for all residential units, ensuring that each flat enjoys direct sunlight throughout the day. The design of the flats, which are of a larger size, has been thoughtfully extended outward from the building's façade. These projections have been arranged in a specific configuration that evokes the distinctive pattern of Tetris game, providing a visually striking and dynamic appearance to the building’s façade.
