 This Personal Data Disclosure Text has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer, and your rights under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Law"). As Vesaire Architecture Construction Consultancy Industry and Trade Limited Company (OfisVesaire), located at 1375 Sk. No:21/6, Konak, Izmir / Turkiye, we, in our capacity as the data controller, process your personal data in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation, as outlined below.

In order to fulfill the personal data processing purposes mentioned in this Disclosure Text, we process the following personal data:

 - Your identity details, including first and last name, ID number, and other information contained in your identity card ; 

- Your contact information, including email address, phone number, mobile phone number, home and work addresses; 

- Information about close relatives;

- Location data obtained from your mobile application or website visits; 

- Employment-related data; 

- Legal transaction data; 

- Customer transaction data; 

- Physical security data, including visitor entry and exit records; 

- Transaction security data, including IP address and website login and logout data;

We collect your personal data through the following automatic and non-automatic channels:

 - CCTV (Closed-Circuit Camera Records);

- Postal, cargo, or courier services; 

- Programs providing remote access; 

- Our dealers and business partners across Turkey; 

- Firms we receive services from;

*Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data* 

We process your personal data in accordance with the conditions outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. 

 

*Transfer of Personal Data* 

We may transfer your personal data to our employees, business partners, shareholders, suppliers, company representatives, and legally authorized agents, as well as public and private institutions and organizations, within the scope of the purposes mentioned above, in accordance with the conditions outlined in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. 

 

*Your Rights Regarding Personal Data* 

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

 

- To learn whether your personal data is being processed, 

- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data, 

- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, 

- To know the third parties, both domestic and international, to whom your personal data is transferred, 

- To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request the notification of such correction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 

- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in compliance with the Law, and to request that such deletion or destruction be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 

- To object to the outcome of an automated processing of your personal data that results in an unfavorable consequence for you, 

- To request the compensation of the damage incurred if you suffer any harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. 

 Your application will be processed free of charge. However, if the requested process requires an additional cost, the fees specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged to the applicant.
